SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

  • For shipping within Australia, we offer $10 flat rate cost for shipping orders

  • We use courier ARAMEX and AUSTRALIA POST to deliver our products. Delivery to most destinations in Australia usually takes 2-4 working days or longer from postage.

  • International is usually dependant on location. It will be tracked and posted via our team from Austrlia post to your local couir once arrives in your country. DHL is expensive per product so private couier is our best option for getting it to you worldwide. Fees are usually around $37 AUD for UK,USA and CANADA
    TWO IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE; Postage days are Mondays on our end so from the following Monday you will be receiving your product. This is due to carbon footprint choice for courier to pick up on Mondays. Our courier does not deliver to PO BOX address please email me directly at info@pilatesmini.com if you would like a PO BOX delivery. Remote destinations can take up to 7 working days or longer. NB: for orders that take longer please allow additional time due to COVID. Delivery times notified to the Customer are estimates only and Pilates Mini is not responsible for late or non-delivery. 

  • If you need your product quickly, Im happy to send you the product earlier please put the order through and email me for earlier despatch.

  • Shipments in Australia are labelled Authority to Leave means that the Customer gives permission to the Seller for the product to be left at the requested address, whether anybody is available to accept the delivery or not. Please ensure that you provide an address that can accept a delivery during normal business hours. 

  • If the customer requests the Seller to postpone delivery of the product beyond the delivery date or dates specified in the order, the Seller may agree to do so if the customer pays an additional fee for such postponement and for storage charges.

  • All Pilates Mini Products are supplied on a delivery only basis & compulsory postage and handling charges apply. Postage & handling charges apply “per item” therefore multiple orders made in the same transaction will incur additional postage & handling charges unless there is a special delivery offer running.

  • Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order.
    Pilates Mini will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly, due to miss information given on your order form, or where the Customer is not available to accept the delivery.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • If for any reason, you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way, please contact us immediately and we will asssit you to fix the problem. This could include a refund or exchange. Please note we will be unable to assist if the problem was caused by careless or improper handling, non-adherence to operating instructions, improper installation, other abuse or misuse caused by the Customer or a third party or by fair wear and tear.

  • To make a claim, you must obtain a return authorization number by email. Your email must indicate your personal details, invoice number and product, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty to info@pilatesmini.com. This will enable us to allocate you a return authorisation number & inform you where to send the product believed to be faulty.

  • If it is found that the product is NOT faulty, you will be charged the postage and/or handling fees. If it is found that the product IS faulty, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. For replacements postage and/or handling will be paid for by Pilates Mini.

  • Cancellations: Due to the order processing of the Website, we cannot accept cancellations or exchanges for change of mind. Please make sure you select your product(s) carefully.
