Returns for Faulty or Defective Products
If you believe your product is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately at info@pilatesmini.com so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or repair, in line with our policy.
For resistance bands, any issues such as snapping, loss of elasticity, or faults within 180 days of purchase are covered under our 180-Day Band Replacement Guarantee, and a free replacement will be provided instead of a refund.
Please note:
We will not be able to assist if the issue is caused by:
- Careless or improper handling
- Failure to follow operating instructions
- Improper installation
- Misuse, abuse, or third-party damage
- Normal wear and tear
How to Make a Claim
To submit a claim, you must request a return authorization by emailing info@pilatesmini.com with the following details:
- Full name
- Order or invoice number
- Product name
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence of the fault
Once reviewed, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send the item (if required).
Assessment of Faults
- If the product is found not faulty, you will be responsible for any postage and/or handling fees.
- If the product is confirmed faulty, we will provide a replacement (preferred) or repair.
- Shipping costs for approved replacements will be covered by Pilates Mini.
Refunds will only be issued if required under applicable consumer laws or if a replacement is not possible.
Cancellations
Due to our order processing system, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
