Pilates Mini Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding QLD public holidays.

  • Standard Shipping: Free Australia-wide
    • Delivered within 3–8 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping: $14 AUD
    • Delivered within 1–4 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

We ship worldwide from Australia.

  • New Zealand & Worldwide: Estimated delivery time is 6–17 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local customs and courier conditions in your country
  • Rest of World: Rates are calculated at checkout and shipped via DHL Express. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and local customs

Taxes & Duties

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.

For customers in Europe, VAT is included in the product or shipping price.

Pilates Mini is not liable for any refusal to pay duties or taxes. If your parcel is returned due to unpaid fees, no refund will be issued.

Order Processing & Tracking

All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, AEST).

Orders placed before 1 pm AEST are usually dispatched the same day, excluding peak sale periods and public holidays.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Protection (Optional for international)

What is it :

We offer the option to add shipping protection at checkout for a fee (e.g. $9.99 AUD or two packages 19.99) )This provides peace of mind in case of rare delivery issues.

What’s covered :

  • Lost parcels in transit
  • Theft after dispatch
  • Damage during delivery

What’s not covered :

  • Delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Item attempted delivery and returned to Australia 
  • Parcels marked as delivered where theft cannot be verified
  • Shipping cost not credited if the product is returned to warehouse

How to file a claim :

If you selected shipping protection:

  • Contact us at info@pilatesmini.com
  • Claims for lost items must be filed after 30 days from shipment
  • Damaged items can be claimed immediately
  • All claims must be submitted within 60 days of dispatch
  • If approved, we offer a replacement or refund *to note we give no refunds for shipping costs

If you did not select shipping protection:

  • You’ll need to contact the shipping carrier directly. Carrier coverage is typically limited (approximately $100 or less)

This shipping protection policy is governed under Australian law.

Authority to Leave:
All Australian orders are shipped with Authority to Leave. This means your order may be left at the delivery address if no one is available. Please ensure you provide a secure address that can accept deliveries during normal business hours.

If you need your product urgently, we can prioritize dispatch — simply place your order and email us at info@pilatesmini.com.

Note: We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses via our courier. If you require PO Box delivery, please email us to arrange special shipping..

 

VAT Information (for EU Customers)

  • VAT may be charged according to the destination country’s regulations.
  • VAT amounts (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Some countries require VAT payment at checkout, while others collect it upon delivery.
  • VAT may also apply to shipping charges.

Additional Shipping Terms

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
  • Pilates Mini is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to incorrect information provided at checkout or if the recipient is unavailable at delivery, we advise selecting shipping protection for this .
  • If you request to delay your delivery after your order is placed, storage fees and additional postage charges may apply.
  • All Pilates Mini products are supplied on a delivery-only basis, with postage and handling charges applied per item unless a promotional offer is active.
