We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, weβll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

180-Day Band Replacement Guarantee
Every Pilates Mini comes with our 180-Day Band Replacement Guarantee.
If your resistance bands lose elasticity, snap, or become faulty within 180 days of purchase, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
This guarantee applies specifically to resistance bands and does not qualify for refunds. It is designed to ensure you can continue using your Pilates Mini with confidence.
To request a replacement, simply contact us at Info@pilatesmini.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Weβll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect Address
If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, we are not responsible for returned packages. We cannot resend the product at our cost. You will be required to repay the shipping fee before the item can be resent.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
Your item must be returned within this period in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Refunds are only processed if your return meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
For resistance bands:
We do not offer refunds if a band breaks within 180 days of purchase, as this is covered under our 180-Day Band Replacement Guarantee, and we will provide a free replacement instead.
Once weβve received and inspected your return, weβll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
