What type of fixture do I need to use the Pilates Kit

PIlates Mini was made to be used in a doorway. The door will hold the anchor in the closing hinge of the doorway (see set up shop page). A door that closes towards you is great for setting up the kit, or a door that locks shut or a window or sliding door. To set up please look on the shop page for instructions and a video. Otherwise the Founder, Phoebe uses the bands free-standing or via placing the band around a pole or hook works well. Lots of options

What workouts can I do with the Pilates Mini kit?

After purchasing your Pilates Mini, you're invited to a You tube Library of workouts via a QR code

This has a taste of beginner, pregnancy and lower body and upper body workouts
You can also have access to a 28 day workout plan thats involves a repeatable 7 day workout plan

What if I am not satisfied with the product?
