How To Set Up Your Pilates Mini Kit on a Doorway?
Setting up your Pilates Mini Kit on a doorway is quick and simple — and once it’s installed correctly, you can enjoy a full-body Pilates workout from home. This guide will show you exactly how to position the door anchor, secure it safely, and start your workout with confidence.
What You Need Before Setup
Door Anchor
This is the main attachment that secures your kit safely to the door. It's foam and will not wreck any paint or wood areas
A Closing Door
Choose a sturdy door that closes towards you or is a sliding and lockable door. If there is no door, then use a pole or a balcony fence, and no anchor will be needed.
Bands & Handles and Foot Straps
Thread your resistance bands through the anchor and attach the handles or foot loops via the sturdy gold links. Ready to go!

Otherwise reposition the anchor (like in the set up video) in the doorway hinge sliding it through and it works great!
If the door feels weak, bends, or shakes during pulling, it is not recommended.
Always choose the most stable door available for safety. Or place it in a hinge of the doorway.
For lying down glutes and leg work place the anchor at the standing lowest rib cage height. I find thats best best direction for the line of pull for leg work.
It is safest when the door opens away from you.
If the door opens toward you, lock it and make sure it cannot move while exercising. Or place the anchor in a hinge of the doorway like the video above.
You can remove it for storage, but many customers leave it installed.
If you leave it installed, it makes it more likely you will use it again soon!
