How I created Pilates Mini


I've spent over 10 years educating Pilates and helping thousands of people feel stronger in their bodies.
And I kept seeing the same thing:
Clients would come to class, feel amazing…
then lose momentum when life got busy.

No time.

So I created Pilates Mini.
