You have a 5 day plan to follow then two recommended rest days for recovery. This program has been designed for anyone wanting to start their home Pilates program 

This was filmed of Phoebe after she had her baby to help her feel strong and connected again. This program is safe to do 6-10 weeks postnatal and for anyone who is wanting strength just add more weight. Its a whole body strength program for anyone at any level
