Who is this for?

Pilates Mini is for anyone who wants to start or level up resistance training-Pilates style. Whether you're tall or petite, a beginner or experienced, this 5-band kit adapts to your height and strength so you can build a stronger body at home or on the go.

Founder and educator Phoebe created Pilates Mini after years of teaching with bands that were either too weak or snapped too soon. She designed this set to be durable, progressive, and feel just like the resistance you’d use in a studio.

How to set up?

Setup is simple and quick. Insert the anchor into a closed or hinged doorway-many users also find success with windows or sliding doors. Just ensure your anchor point is secure (doors that lock or close toward you work best). Watch the SET UP VIDEO and check the photos below for proper placement;

Pilates Mini bands are strong, tested, and made to last for years-especially when stored in the included bag. Unlike flimsy bands that snap or stretch out, ours are tested for durability and performance. And if a band does break within the first year? We’ll replace it, free of charge.
